The fund manager will then exercise their discretion to meet the portfolio's return objectives while providing regular updates to the client.
In this type of arrangement the client has a greater degree of participation in the ongoing management of their investments. In such cases we will regularly contact the client to discuss investment matters before agreeing on next steps, with no transactions being conducted without the client's express approval.
