How are Miles calculated for spends on my Skywards Infinite Credit Card?

Miles are calculated based on the card type and the spend category. The Illustrations below detail the earning structures for spends made by a Skywards Infinite Credit Card Member.

For the above example, Express Miles will be awarded as follows:
